Throw a Pumpkin (Advanced Wheel Class)

All artists must feel have previous pottery wheel experience and be able to pull cylinders, ages 16+ welcome

In this fun autumn-themed class, artists will have the opportunity to create clay pumpkins on the wheel. Kerry Brooke, our talented instructor, will provide a demonstration, utilizing different techniques and skills to personalize and decorate the pumpkin. Artists will then have a chance to practice making their own under her instruction. After working with the clay to form their unique piece, each participant will apply the underglazes of their choosing. Finished items will be fired in our studio kiln and ready for pick up approximately two weeks after the event.
