Youth Programs

One-Time Workshops

Every month we offer a variety of new one-time workshops, great for the entire family! Some include handbuilding/sculpting, others include the pottery wheel, others are strictly painting -- all include fun + laughter ;) Offered at various times throughout the week (mornings, after-school and weekends), these range in content, pricing and age requirements - please see each offering for specific details. 

Special Events + Private Lessons

Let us host your next celebration! We have myriad options for youth private events which can be booked for up to 18 guests (or enjoyed as a special one-on-one lesson!). These are great for birthday parties, Scout meetings, family reunions and more!

ClayCamp

During Merced City School summer closures and holiday breaks, your budding youth artist can join us for ClayCamp - a jam-packed session (half- and full-day options avaialble!) of clay, creativity and community!  Special guests - including live animals! - sometimes make an appearance, and various themes are enjoyed. Your child is sure to have a wonderful time!

Charter-/Home-School Families

EarthWorks ClaySpace is an approved vendor for Yosemite Valley Charter and Hickman Community Charter! This opportunity applies to all our youth programs, including  workshops, courses & private lessons. 

Off-Site School Visits

We bring clay to the classroom (or cafeteria, or library, or...) by offering a modified version of our Glaze+Go pottery painting program to your youth artists.  Several options to choose from, with flexible scheduling and pricing.
