ClayClub: Melting Popsicle

We offer a different activity each week of ClayClub, so you can register for different sessions and have a new creative project to make each time! There will be 2 opportunities this week (both Tuesday AND Thursday) with the same project.

Scoop into creativity in this imaginative Clay Club workshop! Young artists will design and create their very own ceramic melting ice cream sculpture, capturing the look of a sweet treat on a sunny day.

Artists will use hand-building techniques to shape their ice cream scoop on a popsicle stick, adding fun melting details that drip and flow over the sides. Then, they’ll decorate their creations with colorful glazes to bring their delicious designs to life.

This project supports fine motor skills, problem-solving, and imaginative design in a supportive, kid-friendly environment. No prior clay experience needed. All pieces will be dried, fired, and finished by the studio, ready to enjoy.
