Pinch Pots + Sound Bath

Step into the fall season with a unique combination workshop designed to nourish both your artistic spirit and well-being. We'll begin by hand-building clay pinch pots (you can choose to create a small pot, bowl, or cup) while exploring texture and design using a variety of tools. You'll also have the option to enhance your piece with a colorful glaze. After this grounding and hands-on creative session, we’ll transition into a 30-minute live sound bath led by Maytte. Sound baths are known to promote energetic alignment and help reset the nervous system, leaving you feeling refreshed and centered.

It is recommended to bring any comfy items, such as a pillow, eye mask, blanket, towel and/or yoga mat to make the sound bath experience more comfortable to your needs.
