Carved Ornaments

Create a meaningful, festive handmade ornaments from clay — perfect for playing around in creativity, gifting unique keepsakes, or simply adding beauty to your space. This workshop invites you to slow down, work with intention, and shape a few one-of-a-kind pieces by hand.

This workshop is designed for ages 12+ — from first-timers to seasoned makers — and focuses on creativity, craftsmanship, and personal expression. Whether you're making something spiritual, decorative, or functional, you’ll walk away with finished up to three pieces full of meaning. Artists will first create their ornaments out of clay slabs, then use the sgriffito technique to carve and decorate them using a variety of beautiful glazes. They'll be fired and ready for pickup around four weeks later.
