Build A (Functional!) Record Player Sculpture

This workshop is intended for artists ages 16+.

Use various handbuilding techinques to create your own record player scupture - comes with a Bluetooth speaker so the piece is functional! How cool! Your instructor Alex will be there the entire time to direct you on the best ways to build it so it is structurally-sound and made to last while you use your creativity to add a personal flair!

Once you finish, the piece needs to dry before going into the kiln to be fired - this process takes about a week. After it's done and ready for color, we will contact you to come in at your leisure during our Operating Hours to paint it with our beautiful assortment of ceramic glazes.  We will fire the piece one more time so it is completely vitrified and durable - you'll then pick it up and be ready to use your musical masterpiece!
